Files are 1)pdf version of code with outputs, 2)MATLAB mlx file including all code used for modeling, 3) Excel workbook with pages for mineral flow laws, rock flow laws and rock compositions. Note that Excel sheet includes additional flow laws and compositions not used in the publication.
